The Anti-Vax Prey on Indians

One of the problems with the anti-vax is that when you point out the developing world, they generally ignore the deadly threat of disease and instead come up with arguments about sanitation. To them sanitation ONLY saves lives.

I often write about disease in India and the various things people are doing to fight the spread of such deadly diseases. And often the anti-vax do the same but with their particular spin. While most western pro-vax sources tend to ignore these because they generally  are unaware of the level of vaccination in the developing world.

As Bill Gates faces a lawsuit for the illegal testing of tribal children in India, it appears that his crimes against humanity have finally caught up with him.

Oh dear. Only the anti-vax consider a man who has funded everything from education and sanitation to agricultural reform and medicine as a crime against humanity. But then again? This is the group of people who think Andrew “I can’t diagnose Epilepsy and think autism diagnosed before the MMR vaccine was caused by the vaccine” Wakefield is a stellar doctor. Let’s just say that the anti-vax lobby is actively involved in outright lying.

And I feel Bill Gates really irks them. They appeal to the whole “hippie” side of things, here a man who made his billions on a capitalistic venture is giving something back to the world and they don’t quite understand why someone would want to help others.

A recent report published by Health Impact News has reported that the Gates Foundation has found itself facing a pending lawsuit, due to an investigation that is being carried out by the Supreme Courts of India.

Interesting… No.

Health Impact News stated:

While fraud and corruption are revealed on almost a daily basis now in the vaccine industry, the U.S. mainstream media continues to largely ignore such stories. Outside the U.S., however, the vaccine empires are beginning to crumble, and English versions of the news in mainstream media outlets are available via the Internet.

One such country is India, where the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and their vaccine empire are under fire, including a pending lawsuit currently being investigated by the India Supreme Court.

I am afraid that the Indian government thinks that HPV vaccines are great and is widely expected to make the vaccine free and produce the vaccine itself under license to cut costs for it’s population as the burden of cervical cancer is enormous.

The Health Impact News article centered largely on a four-page report that was recently published by Economic Times India .

Eager to know more, I investigated their story and discovered that the World Health Organization, the Gates Foundation and two organizations funded by them, PATH (Program for Appropriate Technology in Health) and GAVI (Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization), have found themselves under fire, after a writ of petition originally submitted to the Supreme Court of India, by Kalpana Mehta, Nalini Bhanot and Dr. Rukmini Rao in 2012, was finally heard by the courts.

The issue was bad adherence to protocol rather than ineffective vaccination.

The petitioners submitting the petition stated:

BMGF, PATH and WHO were criminally negligent trialling the vaccines on a vulnerable, uneducated and under-informed population school administrators, students and their parents who were not provided informed consent or advised of potential adverse effects or required to be monitored post-vaccination.

Actually it had more to do with the fact that the parents were insufficiently educated with regards to the potential side effects of the vaccine. HOWEVER the Gardasil vaccine had already undergone testing in the USA and was cleared by now so it’s safety profile was well established despite the ridiculous claims made by anti-vax lobby. The issue was improper consent as done by the state government which had effectively bodged the consent portion of the test.

Young Tribal Girls Tested With HPV Vaccines

The Economic Times India published their report August 2014. They stated that in 2009, tests had been carried out on 16,000 tribal school children in Andhra Pradesh, India, using the human papiloma virus (HPV) vaccine, Gardasil.

According to the report written by KP Narayana Kumar, within a month of receiving the vaccine, many of the children fell ill and by 2010, five of them had died. A further two children were reported to have died in Vadodara, Gujarat, where an estimated 14,000 tribal children were vaccinated with another brand of the HPV vaccine, Cervarix, manufactured by GlaxoSmitheKline (GSK).

The Economic Times of India mentions the work by the NGO (Sama) without mentioning their ethos. It’s a simple comparison? Doctors without Borders are an NGO.

As are Homeopaths without Borders. One of them does really useful work. The other is actively pushing quackery.

Shockingly, the report stated that many of the consent forms used to vaccinate the girls were signed “illegally,” either by the wardens from the hostels where many of the girls resided, or using thumbprints from illiterate parents.

Which is a common practice. In general you have to read said consent forms to the parent. In India there are still large numbers of people who are illiterate and quite honestly if we start to rule out illiterate people from medical procedures because we cannot take verbal consent then the poorest and least educated people will have the least healthcare. And many of the wardens probably believed that the vaccine would help protect the girls from cancer. Which it does. And that denying them vaccines is a very silly idea.

This travesty was not discovered until a team of health activists from the non-government organization SAMA, an organization specializing in women’s health, decided to investigate what had been going on.

The American Life League also specialises in women’s health.

According to the report, they were shocked to discover that a total of 120 girls had been taken ill, suffering from a variety of symptoms, including “epileptic seizures, severe stomach aches, headaches and mood swings.”

The Economic Times stated:
The Sama report also said there had been cases of early onset of menstruation following the vaccination, heavy bleeding and severe menstrual cramps among many students. The standing committee pulled up the relevant state governments for the shoddy investigation into these deaths.
It said it was disturbed to find that ‘all the seven deaths were summarily dismissed as unrelated to vaccinations without in-depth investigations …’ the speculative causes were suicides, accidental drowning in well (why not suicide?), malaria, viral infections, subarachnoid hemorrhage (without autopsy) etc.
This information is even more shocking when you discover that the organization funding the study was none other than the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, who declared the project a total success.

Around 14 people per 1000 in India suffer from epilepsy. Out of 16,000 girls you would expect 224 of them to have epilepsy.

Again the anti-vax simply quote a number that is simply lower than the expected value.

In 2009, schools for tribal children in Khammam district in Telanagana because sites for an observation studies into the efficacy of gardasil. Children aged nine to fifteen were vaccinated in 3 rounds under the supervision of state health officials. Roughly 16,000 girls were vaccinated.

Many months later girls began to fall ill. Some even died. This was seen as a direct correlation between the vaccines and the diseases these girls faced.

The committee found that consent for conducting these studies, in many cases, was taken from the hostel wardens, which was a flagrant violation of norms. In many other cases, thumbprint impressions of their poor and illiterate parents were duly affixed onto the consent form. The children also had no idea about the nature of the disease or the vaccine. The authorities concerned could not furnish requisite consent forms for the vaccinated children in a huge number of cases.

Want to know something about India? Indians love to bodge things. A vaccine is good right? So why not sign for everyone? And why deny girls whose parents are illiterate the vaccine? What punishment is that? You may think “MY PRECIOUS STUDY” but they are thinking “Holy Crap? An Anti-Cancer Vaccine? SIGN ME UP”. See? Cervical Cancer is a killer in India. Poor hygiene means the HPV rates are high and the disease has a fairly  horrific burden on the people, many of whom cannot afford the sort of care we take for granted.

Earlier this year in August, taking a serious view of the death of seven tribal girls in the context of the observation studies, the Supreme Court asked the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) to explain how permissions were given.

When a team of health activists from an NGO that specializes in women’s health named Sama visited Khammam in March 2010 on a fact-finding mission, they were told that as many as 120 girls experienced adverse reactions such as epileptic seizures, severe stomach ache, headaches and mood swings. The Sama report also said there had been cases of early onset of menstruation following the vaccination, heavy bleeding and severe menstrual cramps among many students.

It said it was disturbed to find that “all the seven deaths were summarily dismissed as unrelated to vaccinations without in-depth investigations…the speculative causes were suicides, accidental drowning in well, malaria, viral infections, subarachnoid hemorrhage etc.”

When I saw this line, alarm bells rang. Here is the thing? Girls in India who begin their menses often have irregular menstruation to begin with. Poor diet among tribal women is a major cause of this. And menstrual cramps are experienced by a lot of women. The reason why you never hear complaints of it outside of hospitals is patients often think ANY pain is non physiological. Menstruation is OFTEN associated with cramps. There is no known method by which the HPV vaccine can affect your hormones or the integrity of the uterus.

However I decided to do a little research into the NGO. Guess what? Sama is a damn natural birth pro-quack NGO. In India. A country where when midwives ran birthing had a infant mortality rate of 120 per 1000. A country that has ceaselessly punched that figure until it is (now) 40 per 1000 and still continues to fight for the safety of children. Sama is quackery pretending to be feminism.

“Women are increasingly becoming targets of medical intervention through newer and more advanced scientific technologies. While on the one hand, contraceptive technologies tend to prevent fertile women from having children, another set of technologies called the Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs) enable those who cannot have them. Yet, both these technologies are similar in that they target women’s bodies by intervening and altering the physiological processes.

As part of the health movement and the autonomous women’s movement, Sama has repeatedly campaigned against technologies that target women’s bodies to either assist birth, control birth or facilitate the determination of the sex of the foetus.

Sama is currently engaged with ARTs, which have far reaching social, medical and economic implications on women and the society as a whole. These technologies claim to provide a solution’ to the ‘problem of infertility’ by medicalizing it, and do nothing to mitigate the social stigma attached with infertility. Sama’s engagement with ARTs is guided by the perspective that the interrelationship between reproductive technology and its end user is governed by gender and further compounded by caste, class, religion and ethnicity, sexual orientation and other social relations of power. As long as these underlying currents are not identified, the concepts of choice and empowerment will remain words and these technologies will go on propagating a gender bias in general and towards women’s health in particular.”

In other words? The people worried about Gardasil are people who think that contraception is bad in a country where there are more people than the entire population of Africa and where population density is so high that resources simply are not available for all. The same people who think infertility  should be punished by not helping women birth healthy children. I know women who have tried and miscarried 3 to 4 times who are desperate for a child and Sama would have me deny them the medical help that they wish. For heaven’s sake? Their ethos is to campaign against technology that assists birth, controls birth or facilitates determination of the sex of the foetus.

I will state this? I am sure a lot of Obstetricians would agree with me when I name ONE device in each of these three categories that has revolutionised birth by saving women and children born to them. The Forceps, Synthetic Oxytocin and the Ultrasound. Not all NGOs in India do good work. I often write about the difference in quality of charities, Sama demonstrates what is wrong with an unregulated private body that’s simply wrong. Don’t believe me? This is their stance on the population of India.

“The 1950s and 60s witnessed the emergence of neo-Malthusian ideas that too many people reproducing too rapidly retards economic growth, destroys the environment, overstretches resources, exacerbates poverty and fuels conflict. The prevalence and propagation of these thoughts has led to the development of a crisis mentality that generates extreme and narrow demographic assertions, which are neither ethically sound nor effective. Such an outlook fails to recognize that economic prosperity is independent of population size but depends heavily on how effectively the country invests in its people, giving them better facilities in spheres of general health, education, political and economic opportunities etc. It forgets that human poverty has its roots in the denial of these opportunities and will persist in all countries irrespective of population size and fertility.”

Considering most newbie doctors in India earn an insulting wage and often don’t earn anything att all and work hours that can charitably be called slavery (I have recorded working weeks of 90 hours) one kind of realises that India doesn’t have the cash to pay the doctors it has and it would need nearly three times the medical population to match the UK’s ratio and India counts alt.med as doctors too. It would effectively need around 5 times the population of doctors when it cannot pay the wages of the ones that it already has and entice them to work there. This is literally an argument of insane privilege that thinks that there is an infinite amount of resources. This is the sort of person who thinks a teacher can teach a class of a hundred children and do as well as a teacher who handles classes of around 25 to 30.

And while right about the denial of opportunities, this is an organisation that literally thinks that the number of opportunities in India would increase if India kept up it’s monstrous population growth.

But let’s look back to what they said.

Out of 16,000 girls vaccinated, 120 had adverse reactions. Okay… That’s an adverse reaction rate of 0.75%. And the majority of these seem to be heavy and irregular periods. The sort that are associated with the first periods that girls have before the cycle settles down into a rhythm or painful periods. Dysmenorrhoea’s normal incidence rate is between 5 to 15% of all women. So all Sama have really proved is the HPV vaccine stops period pains since only 120 or so of these girls have it rather than at least 800. Or you know? Indian women tend to have a higher acceptance of the pain of periods and simply try to get along with their work. It’s sad to think this way but most Indian women don’t have the luxury of being able to take time off for painful periods so would probably not complain as much. Sama simply shows how out of touch with reality they are because they are simply unaware that period pain is so common. But let us look at the deaths…

In it’s report it claimed that “all the seven deaths were summarily dismissed as unrelated to vaccinations without in-depth investigations…the speculative causes were suicides, accidental drowning in well (why not suicide?), malaria, viral infections, subarachnoid hemorrhage (without autopsy)”

Suicide? Since when does a vaccine cause suicidal ideation? On what mechanism? How did a vaccine cause a girl to accidentally fall into a well? I like that Sama’s actually  implying that a tragic accident may have been purposeful SOLELY to fit into the notion that the HPV vaccine causes suicides among tribals in India who have high rates of depression due to a lack of opportunities and a reliance on farming. And I don’t think you quite understand how malaria diagnosis works, if a patient has malaria they are diagnosed via a blood smear which shows the parasite. So if they tested before death, they wouldn’t need an autopsy afterwards since their blood would continue to show parasites. And seriously? Sub-Arachnoid haemorrhage was due to an accident where the young girl fell off a moped and hit her head. A tragedy.

But what’s worse is the anti-vax’s attempt to poison the dialogue and deny women the basic right to health care.

Kumar wrote:
According to the BMGF, the WHO, the International Federation of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, and the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India have all recommended vaccination ‘as a proven and highly effective preventive measure for cervical cancer.’ The project used vaccines that are licensed in India and that have been administered safely around the world tens of millions of times, preventing countless cases of cervical cancer illness and death, ‘maintains a BMGF spokesperson in an emailed response (see GAVI & PHFI create incentives …’

I have written thousands of words in support of vaccination. I have tirelessly vaccinated people and have simply lost count of the numbers I have done.

And I have never received a SINGLE incentive. Not one Penny from any body that makes vaccines. I however have seen children fall victim to the harmless diseases of the anti-vax. Sure, not Measles, the place I live in vaccinates against it. BUT I have seen Rabies, I have seen Diarrhoeal Deaths, I have seen pneumonia and meningitis. I have seen deaf, stillborn and brain damaged children born to mothers who had Rubella. I have seen diptheria and I have heard whooping cough. I even have seen a couple of cases of the Measles. And I have seen the damage tetanus can do.

And in every case the disease was found in a child or mother who was not vaccinated.

And in a few cases the family held up literature from websites run by the anti-vaccine lobby.

He continued:
BMGF’s role in funding the controversial studies, however, has led to many healthcare activists in India voicing their apprehensions. ‘BMGF has to take full responsibility because PATH is funded by them. It is also unethical when people championing the cause of vaccines are the same ones who are also investing in vaccine development,’ said V Rukmini Rao, one of the activists who filed a writ petition before the Supreme Court in connection with the HPV vaccine studies. [3]

Actually? The Bill and Melinda Foundation isn’t investing in Vaccine Development among private corporations. But I can see what you are trying to do. Rukmini Rao is trying to champion the fact that in India drugs are often tested unethically by running rough shod over consent laws. I do not that Rukimin Rao is an anti-vax. I think she (like me) is appalled by the fact that India has a problem with maintaining ethical drug testing but for many people these are drugs that need testing. I think Indian drug testing programs need to be taken seriously with proper education before testing. This isn’t like the UK or the USA where there is a base level of education to build on but a problem where many Indians particularly in tribal regions (I have worked in them and will work in them for 2 months before I leave) lack education and so may not understand the consent being provided.

The issue isn’t one of a lack of efficacy of the vaccine despite the anti-vax claims that vaccination causes you to fall down wells.

Absolutely, and this is not the first time that these organizations have been caught illegally testing vaccines in developing countries.

No they were legally testing vaccines, they just didn’t follow ethical protocol when the guardian of a girl’s hostel was eligible to sign for them (Although in most hostels the guardian becomes responsible for healthcare decisions so it may be legal if unethical). Being illiterate isn’t a defence if the procedure was properly explained.

Gates Foundation, WHO, PATH, GAVI, UNICEF Behind Chad Vaccine Disaster

Only the anti-vax would consider the WHO and UNICEF which do incredible work to help millions of people across the planet as being behind a vaccine “disaster”.

In December 2012, in the small village of Gouro, Chad, Africa, situated on the edge of the Sahara Desert, five hundred children were locked into their school, threatened that if they did not agree to being force-vaccinated with a meningitis A vaccine, they would receive no further education.

These children were vaccinated without their parents’ knowledge. This vaccine was an unlicensed product still going through the third and fourth phases of testing.

Within hours, one hundred and six children began to suffer from headaches, vomiting, severe uncontrollable convulsions and paralysis. The children’s wait for a doctor began. They had to wait one full week for a doctor to arrive while the team of vaccinators proceeded to vaccinate others in the village.

Actually? This one’s kind of a lie.

The children were diagnosed with psychogenic illness. You know how if you have a bunch of kids in a new environment and one starts crying, the rest start crying too? Well? It was this. The proof?

Many of the children hospitalised (and no, there were no gun men so bully for Christina England’s truthiness) did not get vaccinated. I am sure the Anti-Vax will say “COVER UP” or whatever but the fact of the matter is that the actual incident notes than nearly 10 to 20 of the kids were not vaccinated so could not have these symptoms from the vaccine. This is that Andrew Wakefield “MMR caused autism in a kid diagnosed with autism before he got the MMR shot”.

In a 2013 article published in the Lancet,  the MenAfriVac vaccination campaign in Chad is reported to reduce the meningitis incidence by 94%. Three regions of Chad, approximately 1.8 million people from one to 29 years old received a single dose of the vaccine in December 2011. Monitoring the meningitis incidence in Chad during the 2012 meningitis season finds no cases of the meningococcus sub-type serogroup A caused disease in places where mass vaccination took place. Carriers of serogroup A are also found to reduce by more than 97% post vaccination. The plan is to roll out the vaccination campaign across the meningitis belt of Africa. Surveillance is needed to continue for several more years to establish the length of effective period of the vaccine and whether other meningococci serogroups may surge to replace the eradicated serogroup A.

In plain English? The claims made by the anti-vax are simply lies and bereft of reality. The vaccine is highly effective in preventing meningitis. A disease that in one year was killing 25,000 people in just Chad. One in every 500 people that year died to meningitis and nearly 3 times that were affected to various levels by this deadly disease. A 94% reduction is roughly 1500 cases a year if we had no herd immunity. BUT thanks to that? There are no cases in areas that were vaccinated.

After being shuttled around like cattle, many of these sick, weak children were finally dumped back in their village without a diagnosis and each family was given an unconfirmed sum of £1000 by the government. No forms were signed and no documentation was seen. They were informed that their children had not suffered a vaccine injury.

No. The confirmed diagnosis was “Group Hysteria” because they clearly weren’t poisoned. These were just scared kids.

However, if this were true, why would their government award each family £1000 in what has been described as hush money?

And there was no real pay outs. This is another seemingly well repeated lie.

The only mainstream news channel to have highlighted the plight of these poor children was a local channel called Tchad, which filmed footage of the then-Prime Minister of Chad visiting the children in hospital.

VacTruth has copies of both reports, along with medical and government documents.

VacTruth’s charming staff once claimed that you could treat Rabies. A disease that was universally fatal until the creation of the Miluwaukee Protocol and even then the best bet is post bite prophylaxis.

Despite this evidence and VacTruth’s detailed and extensive coverage, including highlighting television footage, once again, the vaccine program was hailed a success. To watch videos reporting the story, see the references at the end of this article.

The groups involved with this project were PATH, WHO, UNICEF, and the Gates Foundation. During investigations, it was discovered that the whole project was being run by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

In a press release, the Gates Foundation stated:

MenAfriVac is a tremendous success story for the global health community. It is the first vaccine developed specifically for Africa, and it proves that global partnerships can develop and deliver high-quality, low-cost vaccines.

Ten years ago, we invested in the Meningitis Vaccine Project, an innovative model that brought together PATH, the World Health Organization, African health ministers and the Serum Institute of India today, we celebrate the result: a modern vaccine selling for less than US 50 cents per dose with the potential to end Africa’s deadly meningitis epidemics.

We believe that vaccines are one of the best buys in global health. In January, Bill and Melinda Gates called on the global community to make this the Decade of Vaccines. There is no better way to launch this decade than with a new vaccine that will improve and save lives.

Remember. Zero Deaths to Meningitis.

VacTruth can prove otherwise.

I remember when I posited my “Explain how Human Immunity works”. I mean if we are discussing immunology and vaccinations then the people involved need to be able to able to explain how the human immune system works at a high school level at the very least. Instead I remember VacTruth’s writers simply ignoring the question and levelling claims that I am funded by big pharma. Rather amused since if I was funded by their millions I wouldn’t be sat here working for free.

Government Inquiry Holds GAVI Accountable for Multiple Deaths

Despite the fact the Gates Foundation call vaccines “one of the best buys in global health,” a government inquiry in Pakistan has found the complete opposite.

Remember how the Taliban Killed Aid Workers?

I wonder how many of them read Christina England’s nonsense before they decided to act.

In 2011, the Express Tribune published a story stating that:

ISLAMABAD: A government inquiry has found that polio vaccines for infants funded by the Global Alliance for Vaccination and Immunisation are causing deaths and disabilities in regional countries including Pakistan.

The startling revelation is part of an inquiry report prepared by the Prime Minister’s Inspection Commission (PMIC) on the working of the Expanded Programme on Immunisation (EPI). The PMIC, headed by Malik Amjad Noon, has recommended that Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani immediately suspend the administration of all types of vaccines funded by the GAVI.

According to the Express Tribune , the main vaccinations in question were the polio vaccine and the 5-in-1 pentavelent vaccine, which were said to be responsible for the deaths and disability of a number of children in Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Japan.

The report states, ‘The procured vaccines are not tested in laboratories to confirm their efficacy and genuineness. This leaves room for use of spurious and counterfeit vaccines.’ [7] (emphasis added)

If this is true, then once again the Gates Foundation has been linked to mass vaccination initiatives using untested, unsafe vaccinations.

The Gates Foundation and WHO Labeled Unethical by Medical Experts

In 2012, Ramesh Shankar Mumbai, an author writing for the Pharmabiz website, reported that two medical experts from India had accused the Gates Foundation and WHO of being unethical.

In his report, Mumbai stated that Dr. Neetu Vashisht and Dr. Jacob Puliyel of the Department of Pediatrics at St. Stephens Hospital in Delhi, wrote the following information in their report in the April issue of Indian Journal of Medical Ethics .

It was unethical for WHO and Bill Gates to flog this program when they knew 10 years back that it was never to succeed. Getting poor countries to expend their scarce resources on an impossible dream over the last 10 years was unethical.

Due to the anti-vax sentiment in Pakistan and the attacks by anti-vax Islamic Fundamentalists echoing the words of VacTruth, Pakistan has seen a rise in the number of Polio cases and hard won progress is being rolled back. To claim that it is unethical to vaccinate against Polio is to forget that in India and Pakistan the scourge of polio wasn’t just crippled children but dead ones too.

Many parents never had access to the Iron Lung. In many parts of India, Polio simply strangled children to death. The OPV is a marvel of medicine. And to encourage Pakistani anti-Vax sentiment among Islamic Fundamentalism is an abominable crime. Men and Women braved inhospitable terrain to fight a terrible disease and died simply because they wished to see a scourge of children extinct. People like Christina England had a role to play in their murders. If we condemn the Mullahs who forment fundamentalism then we must condemn the anti-vax whose lies support the attacks on doctors, nurses and other health workers.

Pharmabiz.com reported that Dr. Vashisht and Dr. Puliyel had continued their report by stating:

Another major ethical issue raised by the campaign is the failure to thoroughly investigate the increase in the incidence of non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP) in areas where many doses of vaccine were used. NPAFP is clinically indistinguishable from polio paralysis but twice as deadly.

No. No it is not. Clinically doesn’t mean you cannot test for it. There are tests for Polio. If a sample doesn’t contain Polio then it is NPAFP. IF you have vaccine related polio, then guess what? You test positive for Polio. By definition NPAFP is not caused by Polio.

Do you want to know what causes NPAFP? Reye’s Syndrome, Enterovirus, Echovirus, Adenoviruses, Botulinism, Guillain Barre Syndrome, Traumatic Neuritis, Encephalopathy (Measles for example…). India is also Krait and Cobra country and they causes AFP too.

So I repeat. It’s not caused by Polio. It’s got a bunch of different causes that are different. Flaccid Paralysis is a clinical manifestation, not the name of a disease.

Pharmabiz.com continued:

The authors noted that while India was polio-free in 2011, in the same year, there were 47500 cases of NPAFP. While data from India’s National Polio Surveillance Project showed NPAFP rate increased in proportion to the number of polio vaccine doses received, independent studies showed that children identified with NPAFP ‘were at more than twice the risk of dying than those with wild polio infection.’

Yes. Yes it did. So did Somalian Piracy.

Okay it is simple. There used to be an AFP rate. When India began it’s National Programme, it began to classify all AFP cases. Anyone could take a sample and send it in for testing. India began to classify AFP as Polio vs Non-Polio. The reasoning was pretty sound. India had to know the true burden of Polio to see the effectiveness of the vaccine. Before it simply treated all cases of AFP as polio because the treatment (outside of the snake venom) was the same and these diseases were just as fatal to children who didn’t have the iron lung so it didn’t matter about classification.

Now after the pulse polio program began the AFP rate began to drop. The reason was PAFP (Polio) cases began to fall while the NPAFP cases remained the same. What happened eventually is that the bulk of AFP cases being Polio had a shift towards NPAFP. Let’s take an example. A 100 cases of AFP are there in this town. 70 are Polio, 30 are NPAFP. After vaccination the next year the town had 30 Polio cases and 30 NPAFP. And the next year had 1 Polio and 30 NPAFP. The proportion of NPAFP cases has grown despite the number of cases remaining the same. The burden of AFP in India has shifted from Polio to Guillain Barre Syndrome (the next biggest cause of AFP). But the overall numbers have remained proportionally the same. The slight increase is due to India’s rising population.

The corruption and deceit by these organizations does not stop there.

The Gates Foundation Blamed for 10,000 Vaccine-Related Deaths

In 2013, yet another report named the Gates Foundation and GAVI as being responsible for multiple deaths using untested vaccinations on children from the developing world.

The report, published on the website Occupy Corporatism and written by Susanne Posel stated:
It was found out through an investigation, that GAVI was using an untested vaccine; giving this dangerous vaccine to Pakistani children shows the lack of empathy associated with these organizations. GAVI was blamed for the deaths of 10,000 children in Pakistan when they came in and administered polio vaccines that resulted in casualties. As we know, GAVI is heavily funded by the Gates Foundation.

Interesting!

I have never even heard of these 10,000 alleged deaths outside of the anti-vax circles.

So, what was the name of the organization that investigated GAVI and found them using untested polio vaccinations in Pakistan?

According to the Express Tribune article, which I referred to earlier in this article, it was none other than the Indian government, who, upon discovering the shocking truth, recommended the immediate suspension of the administration of all types of vaccines funded by GAVI.

Aww… I must have missed the part where we stopped vaccinating with the MMR, the OPV and the BCG vaccines. Must have happened in the magical world of anti-vax

Conclusion

It is difficult to believe that, despite the mounting evidence outlining the many crimes against humanity that have been committed by the Gates Foundation, GAVI, UNICEF and PATH, Bill Gates is portrayed as a hero among many.

However, according to the definition of hero in the Oxford Dictionary, the word hero means:

A person, typically a man, who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.

The dictionary I used said nothing about vaccinating innocent, vulnerable children with untested and unsafe vaccinations, causing them to suffer agonizing, untimely deaths.

The evidence that clearly only exists in the completely non-ironic lies being spread by an organisation called “VacTruth”. The only people who have died from the vaccines mentioned are entirely within the heads of the anti-vax.

This week a young patient of mine delivered a child at home. She was worried about vaccination but brought the child in. Her child passed away a yesterday. Neonatal tetanus. Her mother was anti-vax. She bought in to these lies. And the baby for it.

Those 10,000 alleged deaths in Pakistan don’t seem to be real. This infant is. There are children who die every single day due to the lack of vaccines and people like Christine England and the people at Vactruth are trying to ensure that they keep dying solely because of a heartfelt belief that vaccines kill people but the diseases do not.
